Earn Exalted Reputation with the Zandalar Tribe

Every week Exalted! brings you a guide with everything you need to know about getting to exalted with a faction.
Hey everyone, Jangutu here. Anyone get the Irish flew this weekend? Or maybe planning on having it Thursday? ;)
Who?
The Zandalar Tribe are the Zandalar trolls and jungle trolls that occupy Yojamba Isle in Strangle Thorn Vale. They are a group of trolls that are in opposition to the Atal'ai trolls and the resurrected Blood God. The Atal'ai trolls can be found in the Sunken Temple, and with their god in Zul'Gurub (ZG).
The Grind:
Zul'Gurub:
kill, Kill, KILL, KILL!
As with any reputation tied to a raid, you can gain reputation by killing trash and bosses.
Trash will give you 3-5 rep per kill, the speakers specifically will give you 15 per kill.
A full run will net you ~2500-3000 from trash.
Bosses break down like this:
Edge of Madness boss (Random boss summoned by flask that can be learned from behind the altar, its that area with the patrolling imps that no one ever goes to between the tiger and raptor bosses) - 25rep
High Priests - 100 each (Jeklik, Arlokk, Mar'li, Thekal, Venoxis)
Gahz'ranka (the fished up boss) - 100 rep
Bloodlord Mandokir and Jin'do the Hexxer - 200 each
Hakkar the Soulflayer - 400 rep
A huge part of getting reputation will be the coins and the Bijous that you collect from the trash that you kill and loot.
Coins are turned in. Each coin belongs to a set of 3, you must have one of each coin in that set to turn them in. 9 coins total for 3 sets. Each set you turn in will give you 25 rep and a Zandalar Honor Token which can be consumed for 50 additional rep.
The sets are as follows:
~Zulian, Razzashi, Hakkari
~Gurubashi, Vilebranch, Witherbark
~Sandfury, Skullsplitter, Bloodscalp
Bijous are more rare, but much simpler. They are simply destroyed at the alter on Yojamba Isle. Each one you destroy gives 75 rep and turns into a Zandalar Honor Token which can be consumed for 50 more rep.
If you are friendly or higher you can turn in a Primal Hakkari Idol along with your class doll for a leg/helm enchant and 250 rep. The quest is repeatable, the dolls are from Jinxed Hoodoo Piles and the Idols are from certain bosses. I do not recommend this method as obtaining your classes doll can be difficult, and they are unique so you can't keep a whole lot on hand. Loot hex piles when you see them and if you do manage your classes doll, this is definitely a nice extra rep gain. Also, if you are running this place with a friend, please note that one of you may be mind controlled when the pile is looted. I like to have a little fun if I'm there with someone by playing the "let's loot a hoodoo pile and see who facerolls who" game.
Dire Maul and the Shen'dralar:
Available at Honored
Repeatable
500reputation per Arcanum
For those of you working on Shen'dralar reputation in Dire Maul (most likely for [Insane in the Membrane]) a great way to get Zandalar Tribe rep is by turning in the Arcanums that you get when you turn in a DM libram. Each arcanum can be brought to Zanza the Restless. He will then give you The Savage Guard. All 3 of the Arcanums from DM libram rewards can be turned in, and all 3 reward 500 reputation and the same head enchant.
Rewards:
As with the other pre-WOTLK reps that I write about, gaining reputation with this faction will really only benefit people who want to obtain the old profession recipes, or people who need to increase their exalted reputation count. This faction has Alchemy, Blacksmithing, Enchanting, Engineering, Leatherworking, and Tailoring recipes at various rep levels. There is also a set that you can collect from pieces that drop off the bosses.
Of course, the most important available rewards worth mentioning are the Raptor and Tiger mounts. These mounts are not tied in any way to the reputation, but if you are grinding the rep out, it would be silly not to try to get the mounts in the process. Each mount is a feat of strength and each mount is a rare drop from the boss who's animal they relate to.
Swift Zulian Tiger - 0.7% drop rate from High Priest Thekal
Swift Razzashi Raptor - 0.9% drop rate from Bloodlord Mandokir
That's it for this week.
